He mastered the art of quality control in a fast-paced food environment at Food Beverages, Lucky Star — where he ensured every product met the highest standards before reaching consumers. This experience forged in him an uncompromising commitment to precision and brand protection. He understands that one oversight can cost a brand its reputation, and that discipline now drives every merchandising campaign ShelfForce delivers.
For more than five years at Agri-Chart, Mkhomanzi served as a Facilitator and Assessor in the Farming Together Programme, where he trained teams, evaluated performance, and ensured compliance with rigorous industry standards. This experience gave him the rare ability to build high-performing merchandising teams that execute consistently, store after store. He does not just manage people — he develops them, holds them accountable, and ensures they represent your brand with pride.
Beyond the corporate world, Mkhomanzi leads as Chairperson of Ingomsolethu Farming Project, where he coordinates stakeholders, manages resources, and delivers tangible results that uplift entire communities. He also serves as an Event Organiser in partnership with the Department of Art Centre, planning and executing complex events with precision.
