He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Management and Economics, which gave him a deep understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and the economic forces that shape retail. His academic foundation was further strengthened by a Postgraduate qualification in Education — a discipline that sharpened his ability to communicate with clarity, influence stakeholders, and lead teams effectively.
Luthando also holds an Honours degree in Transport Economics, giving him a unique perspective on the logistics and supply chain networks that connect manufacturers to retailers.
